Food Hygiene Rating
The Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS) is run by the Food Standards Agency. It helps customers understand the hygiene standards of food businesses.
What a rating of 5 means
A rating of 5 means hygiene standards are very good at the time of inspection. Ratings are issued by the local authority and published under FHRS.
